Service Description

Spider vein treatments are priced based on the size of the area that requires treatment. Pricing begins at $300 for a 4inch or less sized area. Please measure your desired treatment area before selecting from the price options. 4-6inches is $450 and 6-8inches is $600. When you arrive for your treatment, we will measure your area to confirm. If you have not purchased the size option that is required for your desired treatment area, you will be charged at the appointment. A series of treatments may be needed to fully clear blood vessels and reduce the appearance of the veins completely. Typically, one to four sessions are needed for desired results. Treatments can take anywhere from 5-30 minutes depending on the size of the area being treated, so we block of 30 minutes. During and following the treatments, clients describe a range of sensations from tingling to the snap of a rubber band during the treatment. Many patients experience immediate improvement in the appearance of their veins following the treatment followed by continued improvement over the next week or so.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows: We certainly realize that life happens, but please understand that when you cancel or reschedule your appointment/consultation without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with other clients on our waiting list. As your appointments are very important to all of us, we allocate time especially for you and kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hr notice by calling 412-498-9727 or leaving a message by voicemail or email (We do not assume responsibility for messages not received and we do not accept Facebook or Instagram messages, or any other form of communication for canceling/changing appointments or consultations). Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hr of notification or if you are a “no-show", a fee of $75 will be charged or 1 session forfeited from a package. Canceling a Portion of Your Appointment Fee: For example, if you book an appointment for several laser areas, and don't tell us that you don't want to do all of the areas you booked for, we lose time and money as we are not able to fill the spot your service(s) occupied in our schedule. We ask that you give us at least 24 hrs notice prior to your appointment if you care to omit any part of the treatment(s) you booked with us (which can be viewed in the email we send you as soon as you book an appointment). When you confirm your appointment and we do not hear otherwise from you, we assume that you are coming in to do what is in our schedule and we book our time accordingly. If you wait to tell us at your appointment or less than 24 hours from your appointment that you want to cancel a portion of your treatment), there will be a fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the portion of the service/treatment you wish to omit. Refunds: Refunds are not given on services due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments. Aesthetic results are variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome it cannot always be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for further treatments needed to achieve further results. In the event that a series of laser hair removal treatments is requested to be discontinued, we will provide credit for the remainder of the unused package price to be used towards another laser area. (Note - the credit refund will be calculated by subtracting the number of non-discounted, list-price treatments from the discounted package price).
